1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
• A valid original receipt must be provided.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• All returned items must be in the same condition as when received.
3. How to Start a Return
1. Email info@bdbsociety.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back.
3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sales and cannot be returned:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale items and gift cards
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out to us before sending it back.
6. Exchanges
To receive a different size, color, or item:
• Complete the return process for your original purchase.
• Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the item you want.
7. Refunds
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once returned items pass our quality check.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
• Processing times vary by bank or credit card provider, so please allow additional time for the credit to appear.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@bdbsociety.com.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
